This has to be my favourite video to date; not least because I got to eat Rocky Road for a week after! The ASMR is what makes it different, incorporating all those delicious sounds with the bake. An opera score in the background really finishes this so well, but only available on the social media post.

Filmed in my kitchen, this video celebrates spring and has a fresh light feel. Created for a local trout farm, this marries a trout fillet with pea puree; a simple dish with bags of health benefits and flavour.
